Currently, we ONLY offer to ship domestically in the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the ship date.  Merchandise must be in its original condition as new and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a supplier other than La Bella Jerdon is not accepted.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number. Please contact us by email at labellajerdon@gmail.com to obtain an RMA and further return instructions.

When you return the merchandise, we strongly recommend that you use the service that can track packages. We are not responsible for merchandise that is not insured.

All items that are being returned to La Bella Jerdon should be in a protective package, such as a padded container or box. We will not be held liable for items that are damaged due to unsecured packaging.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write product name or description or any other word which might hint at the value of the package. La Bella Jerdon can’t be responsible for the return shipping losses.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
